We are here for you

If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. We believe in good for you and want to see you get back on your feet.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

Our free service, Moneycare, is here to help you manage your debt and develop new strategies. 

We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

A Doorways team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 12pm.

Recovery Hub

Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm

 

Supporting people experiencing alcohol and drug issues, assists those affected by family and domestic violence, and offers peer support and culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

 

We also connect clients with external services to meet their unique needs.

 

In addition, we provide outreach to Ashmont, Tolland, and Kooringal, along with online support.
