If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you.
Depending on your situation and what’s available, we may provide vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.
We can also refer you to other services, such as addiction rehabilitation centres.
Financial support
For year‑round financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
If you are eligible for support, you may be directed to collect your voucher from our Tuggerah Lakes site. We are open Wednesdays, from 10am to 1pm.
Salvos Store Toukley
Our store is a treasure trove of second-hand goods.
We’d love for you to shop with us as the profits support the work of The Salvation Army. We have pre-loved items for every occasion.

The Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) is an eight-week program of self-discovery.
Sessions will touch on points such as:

- Anger
- Feeling down and lonely
- Stress
- Grief and loss
- Assertiveness
- Self-esteem
- Future possibilities
