Friday, 10am–2pm
Connect into one of our activities on a Friday and enjoy a home-cooked meal. Or, pop in for a cuppa and a chat.

The Garden Project is more than just planting seeds — it’s about restoration, connection, and purpose.
What began as a small plot of soil has become a peaceful sanctuary where people from all walks of life come together to nurture not only plants, but also their wellbeing.
Our community garden invites participants to slow down, breathe in fresh air, and experience the healing power of friendship and nature.

Tuesday, 9.30am–12.30pm
These cooking classes are safe, welcoming and aimed at building community connection and promoting wellbeing. The activity provides hands-on cooking instruction, affordable meal planning and preparation, and communal dining experiences. Cooking classes are seasonal, and bookings are required.

Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am–12pm
The Well offers a space where men and women connect through hands-on woodwork, crafting and repurposing materials. Together, participants restore items, maintain community spaces, and build practical skills.
As participants create together, they also rebuild confidence, trust, and a sense of belonging — one project at a time.

Wednesday, 1pm–2pm
Line dancing is about more than fitness; it's about fun, friendship, great music and feeling good about yourself!
Line dancing is the perfect activity for everyone! You don't need a partner, there is no pressure, and it's a great way to make friends.

Friday, 2.30–4pm
Music heals the soul. A lot of people feel they cannot sing, when that isn’t true. Focusing on confidence-building and inclusion, this activity teaches you to safely find your voice with our community.

Every second Friday, 11am–12pm
In these sessions, we take time out to heal our mind, body and soul.
Anyone of any age can benefit from this meditative, slow-paced session designed to achieve restoration in the body and to calm an active, overwhelmed mind and nurture the soul.

Every second Friday, 11am–12pm
Learn different artistic skills with local artist, Enza Benincasa, who guides you into being able to express your talents through a variety of art mediums.

Every third Sunday of the month, 11am–1pm
All are welcome to this reflective, interactive and uplifting Sunday worship service. This is an opportunity to nurture your soul and meet new friends. Stay afterwards to enjoy lunch altogether.

Many in our community are looking for a safe place to find peace and serenity.
There are beautiful spaces provided in our Peaceful Garden or indoor and outdoor prayer rooms to pray. We are always happy to pray with you or you can leave a prayer request on the prayer wall.

By appointment
These sessions use Love and Prophetic Cards, with the Spirit of Christ and His truth as our guide, helping people find encouragement, clarity, and hope.
