The Salvation Army’s Positive Lifestyle Program has been specifically designed to enhance participants' self-awareness, and to enable them to gain a better understanding of their personal life strengths.
The 10-week course can take place one-on-one or in a group setting.
Across the eight sessions, you will explore: self-awareness, anger, depression, stress and conflict resolution, loneliness, grief and loss, problem-solving, assertiveness, self-esteem and goal setting.

COACH Community Mentoring offers sustained, tailored support through one-to-one mentoring to individuals and families within the community who require assistance. It helps them redefine their direction across various life domains, establish personal goals, unlock their potential, and progress towards a more positive and compassionate existence.
