A message from Major Robyn Black

Welcome to the NSW/ACT Divisional web page. I’m Major Robyn Black and it’s my privilege to lead the Salvation Army faith expressions in this area. Prior to becoming a Salvation Army Officer I was a Social Worker. And whilst I loved Social Work, I’ve never regretted following God’s call to become a minister of the gospel in the Salvation Army.

You’ll find in NSW/ACT we have a variety of gathered worship expressions (Corps), communities of hope, and community tables, all with a purpose of introducing people to Jesus and becoming disciples who make disciples.

In the NSW/ACT Division, we have the privilege of partnering with a variety of other specialist Salvation Army services, building a safe, connected community together.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love.

Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39
