If you find yourself in crisis and in need of financial assistance, please call the Salvos Assistance Line on 8775 7988 (9am-4pm Monday to Friday). This phone number will connect you with our Emergency Relief Assessment Team and your situation will be assessed by qualified staff.
The assessment Team can allocate vouchers which can be picked up from our Centre on: 

Monday from 9:30am to 12:30pm

Wednesday from 11:30 to 1:30pm (after the Food Market)
at 
67 Cleary Street, Newcastle.

Go through the carpark to the back doors & talk to Reception, where you will be able to pick up your voucher.

We can also organise other material assistance and connect with local Salvation Army events and services in your local area.
Our aim is to meet your immediate material needs, whilst working at understanding your situation.
