What is the Community Hub

The Community Hub gathers a range of allied services engaging with the approximately 500 people a day accessing the services provided by The Salvation Army Melbourne from 69 Bourke Street.

By providing a shared space at 69 Bourke Street, services are able to share information within the parameters allowed by privacy legislation. Services are also able to invest their energies in supporting rough sleepers and Melbourne’s vulnerable community either through direct service delivery or by establishing connections to appropriate services.

How can I help and why?

If you are a provider of services that could support rough sleepers and Melbourne’s vulnerable community either through direct service delivery or by establishing connections to appropriate services, we would like to hear from you. You will be joining with the wonderful people from our local ambulance service, police and local law and making a difference in our community.
