The Access Health Program provides accessible, responsive primary health care that enhances the health and well-being for people who are marginalised, injecting drugs, street sex working and/or experiencing homelessness.


The Access Health Program offers non-appointment based services that are free of cost and facilitate linkages to mainstream services.


The program, in partnership with other health and support agencies, provides:



  • General Practitioners

  • Bolton Clark Homeless Person Program Community Nurses

  • First People's Worker

  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Outreach

  • Duty/Social workers

  • Community Health Workers

  • Drug and Alcohol Counsellors

  • Podiatrist

  • Physiotherapist

  • Nurses

  • Psychiatrists

  • Psychologists

  • Sexual Health Nurse

  • Shower Facilities

  • Drop-in groups

  • Indigenous Arts and Yarning groups

  • Infectious diseases clinicians


The Access Health Program is at 31 Grey Street St Kilda VIC. 3182.


Hours are:


Monday - 9:15 am to 5:00 pm


Tuesday - 9:15 am to 4;00 pm


Wednesday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm


Thursday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm


Friday - 9:15 am to 5:00 pm


Saturday - Closed


Sunday - Closed
