Upfront Intervention
The Salvation Army’s Upfront Intervention Team provides assessment and ongoing case management support to individuals in South East Queensland who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

We offer immediate support and ongoing assistance as you search and wait for stable accommodation, and we can refer to other services as needed.

We are committed to helping you from your first phone call through to when you are settled into your new, safe and stable housing. Support is provided over the phone and face to face in some locations.

Brisbane City women’s services
Immediate temporary accommodation and case management for single women in Spring Hill, and mobile support to women and families transitioning from homelessness into stable housing in Brisbane.

Mobile support
Mobile support to adults and families who are transitioning from homelessness to housing, to help them establish and sustain housing.

Veteran Support Team
Intensive case management support to help veterans across Queensland who are experiencing homelessness find stable housing.
