We believe in good for you

If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. 

Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.

We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

Financial support

For all-year financial support, call The Salvation Army and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Friday between 9.30am and 2pm.

Inverell Salvos offers groceries and food items at a very low cost to help stretch your budget. There is a $10 donation to access the products at the food market.

Please speak with us if this is of concern. No bookings required.

Join us also at Food Market – Tingha, held every second and fourth Thursday at the Anglican Church Tingha.

Financial assistance 

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
