Help is closer than you think

If you are experiencing financial hardship or facing a crisis, please contact us to find out how we can support you. We believe in good for you and want to help you get back on your feet. 

Depending on your situation and what we have available, we may be able to provide vouchers for food, fuel, or electricity. We can also connect you with other support services, such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

A team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on Wednesday or Friday between 9am and 11am.

Financial counselling

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
