If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres or crisis accommodation.
Financial support
For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection:

Drop in for a chat and a delicious — and free — morning tea.
If you need urgent practical support, please ask us about our food pantry. We have limited supplies but will attempt to assist you.
Financial counselling
The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Crisis accommodation
If your family is experiencing homelessness or is at risk, please contact us. We have supported crisis accommodation options and can refer to other services.
