Doorways Case Management

Supporting you to succeed in the long run

Doorways Case Work aims to support you as you seek to make changes in your life, no matter how big or small.

We believe everyone has the capacity to change and Doorways Case Workers walk alongside you as you work together to develop plans to achieve your goals.

Case Work can be undertaken either face-to-face or over the phone, depending on your circumstances.

Our service empowers you to become less reliant on financial aid by journeying alongside you to develop your own resources, building up your capacity and connectting you into a community of belonging.

Meet our Doorways Case Worker, Elle.

She works part-time from Wednesday to Friday 9:00AM to 4:30PM.

If you would like to have a yarn with Elle, she can be reached on 0437 569 279 or at elle.smith@salvationarmy.org.au
