We believe in good for you

If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. We believe in good for you and want to see you get back on your feet.

Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

Financial support

For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you are eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on Friday between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

Support facilities

Wednesday to Friday, 9.30am–12pm

You're welcome to drop in. We offer:   

  • A coffee, a biscuit, and a friendly chat 
  • Food hampers, frozen meals, and fresh fruit and vegetables 
  • Shower and toilet facilities 

  All our services are open to everyone and provided without discrimination. There is no wrong door when seeking support from The Salvation Army. If we can’t help directly, we’ll connect you with someone who can.
