When you phone, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9.30am and 12.30pm.

Monday and Friday, 9.30am–2pm (by appointment only and excluding public holidays)   

We believe you are capable of making change, and we walk alongside you as you develop plans to achieve your goals. If you require long-term solutions to overcome life challenges, please book to see one of our caseworkers.

This is a 10-week program of one-to-one sessions that take you through a process of developing greater self-awareness that can transform communication skills and build healthy relationships. Topics explored include depression, grief and loss, goal setting, relationships and more.

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
