Sunday, 10.30am, during school term

Sunday School runs during our worship service for kids aged 3–12. Using a range of fun activities like games and music, our programs help children better understand the Bible. They also show children how they can work with God to make our world a better place.

Jitterbugs Playgroup (ages 1-5)

Jitterbugs Playgroup (ages 1-5)

Thursday, 10.30am-12pm, during school term

Cost: $3 for one child with a parent/carer, $1 for each additional family member

This is a morning full of fun for young children and their parents or caregivers. We have a range of activities, including story time, crafts, and free play, that help children build their coordination, social skills, and confidence. Parents and carers, please bring your child's snacks and lunch box.

Homework Club (ages 9-11)

Thursday, 5pm-6.30pm, during school term

Cost: $2 per class

We invite students in grades 4 and 5 to join us for Homework Club. We provide a supportive and quiet environment where kids can receive extra help with their homework. We are in association with Sowing Seeds Global Missions.

Junior Soldiers (ages 7-11)

Junior Soldiers is a faith-based program for children aged 7-11. Kids learn about God, develop leadership skills, and participate in community service activities.

Our Youth Group meets weekly for fun activities, games, Bible study, and building lasting friendships in a supportive environment.

Sunday worship, 10.30am

We gather for a time of prayer, praise and Bible teaching. Following the meeting, we invite you to join us for morning tea and a chat.

Blacktown City Salvos Band

Blacktown City Salvos Band

Ensemble practice, Tuesday 7.30pm

The Blacktown City Salvos Band has a long and proud history. 

Each week, our music ensemble practices for upcoming workshop and events. The band regularly takes music and a Christian message to hospitals and aged care homes. 

We also contribute to Sunday morning worship and get involved in a number of concerts and community activities throughout the year. Our 20 member band is led by Bandmaster Doug Hardy.
