A team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection between Monday and Friday, 9am–4pm.

Financial counselling

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

If you or a loved one need support with alcohol and other drug recovery, we are here to walk alongside you. 

Northern Victoria Alcohol and Other Drugs Services is a network of programs and services including counselling, therapeutic day rehabilitation, residential rehabilitation and more.

This service facilitates parental changeovers or supervised child contacts for parents who are separated.

L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program

L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program

This program helps Victorian young people  gain the 120 hours of experience needed to apply for a probationary driver's licence. Eligible drivers are aged 16–21 years and have no access to a supervising driver or vehicle.
