This program assists Victorian learner drivers to gain the driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence. Eligible drivers include those aged 16–21 with no access to a supervising driver or vehicle. It is funded by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Department of Transport, supported by the Victorian Government and coordinated by The Salvation Army.
