In Summary

The Salvation Army in Australia could be described as seeking to be a growing, loving community of  people dynamically living God's mission in a broken world. This requires us to be a people who are:  wholly devoted to God; obediently responsive to the Holy Spirit; powerfully committed to each other; compassionately engaged with people in need; totally dedicated to reaching other people with the  good news of Jesus Christ and leading them to faith.

Our Worship Service

In all we do, we seek to engage with God through song and prayer. Every message that is spoken on any given Sunday we believe is Christ centered and Spirit lead. Come and join us, come and experience it for yourself. Come now and let us Worship together.

Sunday 9.30am-11.00am

Sin and the Will of God

We believe that doing that which is contrary to the will of God for our life causes us to fall into a state of sin and live in a condition of ungodliness. So God by God's will has set out to set us free from sin and by this will we shall be sanctified (holy).

1 Thessalonians 4:3-4, 1Peter 4:1-2.

Therefore we should not go on sinning but seek that freedom from sin which is
possible but only found in Christ.

1 Peter 3:8-22, Hebrews 5:1- 10, Romans 6:1-14

The Right of all Creation

We believe that it is the right of all of God's creation
to come before the throne of God, and seek salvation and forgiveness for all sin.
This is based on the following scriptures:

John 3:16, Titus 2:11, Romans 3:23, 1 Corinthians 6:11.

Therefore regardless of the current fallen state or condition of the sinful nature all are afforded the right to come before the throne of God and seek forgiveness and a new life, one that is opposite to the current fallen state or condition. For in Christ there is renewal, forgiveness and salvation.
