Laundry & Shower Facilities
We provide access to laundry and shower services at our Surry Hills and Warerloo Community Centres to support community members who may not have access to these essential services.
Shower Facilities at Surry Hills
Our Surry Hills Community Centre offers free shower facilities for those who need them. We provide towels and basic toiletries, just speak to our team at reception to access the service.
Please note: to ensure everyone has the chance to use the service, please limit showers to 10 minutes.
Free Laundry Support
Surry Hills Laundry Facilities
Our Surry Hills Community Centre offers three laundry slots each weekday, Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
Each one-hour slot includes washing powder, one load of washing and drying using our onsite dryer. Bookings are essential - please speak to reception to secure a spot.
Please note: To ensure fair access for everyone, each person is limited to two laundry sessions per week.

Waterloo Laundry Service
Our Waterloo Community Centre offers free laundry support in partnership with Orange Sky.
Orange Sky’s mobile laundry van is onsite every Monday and Tuesday from 10am. No booking is required - just drop by and the friendly Orange Sky team will assist you with your washing.
