If you're in need of emergency financial or material assistance, you can contact the Salvos Phone Assessment Line (PAL) on 02 8775 7988, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
After completing a quick assessment over the phone, approved clients will be directed to collect support cards from their nominated site during opening hours.
If you don't have access to a phone, we have a phone available for use at both our Surry Hills and Waterloo Centres - just ask our staff for assistance.
Please note: we do not have assessment workers based at our sites. All assessments for emergency relief are conducted through the Phone Assessment centre.
