A team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available in your local area.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit one of our corps locations below for collection.

The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

If you are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, we can support you.
Southwest Homeless Services include accommodation, case management services, advocacy, limited financial assistance, counselling and meals, as well as connection and referral to other specialist services.

Tuesday, 9am–12.30pm
We invite you to drop in for some support and a chat.
We can help you stretch your food budget with our free community pantry.
We also invite you to enjoy something to eat and drink from our free cafe.

This is a support group for people experiencing loss or loneliness. We meet on Fridays a couple of times a month.
