We regularly witness the love of Jesus changing lives — from ones of despair — to hope-filled and purposeful. We meet weekly to celebrate this as a church, to worship and thank God, and learn more about God.

You are invited to join us and get to know the other great people who call The Salvation Army Perth Fortress their church home.

Our church service includes singing with a band, listening to encouraging teaching messages from the Bible, prayer, and meeting with others over a cup of tea or coffee, and perhaps food. People generally feel empowered for the week ahead and encouraged by the Holy Spirit as they leave church. This is also a place where you can offer valuable service to the community and be a part of something bigger.

Our Sunday services include a kids’ church during the school term. We also have a parents’ room where you can quietly feed or change your baby, while still watching the service.

Discipleship means being a follower of Jesus Christ and becoming more like Jesus. We believe doing this in small groups is a great way to stay accountable to our Christ-like growth.

We have a range of groups that meet for fellowship (connection with others) and Bible study. These groups cater for all ages and stages of faith journeys, and meet in different locations throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.

Membership  

At some point in your faith journey, you may want to become a member of The Salvation Army Perth Fortress as a soldier or adherent. Our membership classes will take you through a range of teachings about the Bible and The Salvation Army before becoming a member.

Prayer is a vital part of the life of our church. It is how we talk to God, invite him into our daily life and hear from his Holy Spirit.
 
Every week, before our church service, we host a prayer meeting, and we’d love to see you there.
 
Prayer Chain 
Specific prayer requests are sent to a group of people who will pray.
