Streetsafe Salvos

Street Save Salvos is an joint intiative of the Salvation Army, Newcastle Council and the NSW Police force to help in need on Saturday nights in the city.

Sat night teams (10pm to 4am) providing support, transport & safe retreat on the streets of inner city Newcastle.

    Hi I'd just like to say thank you to the street save team who helped me out on the sat night just been outside near the Cambridge. Massively appreciated as was completely unaware (due to drinking and being extremely affected since I haven't drank for quiet a while) id lost my friends and was curled up out near my car on a side street, would not of gotten safetly home without their help and patience, thanks again
