Contact us if you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis. Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.
 
We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

A member from our Doorways team will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Thursday between 10am–12pm.

Our free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We work with you to manage your debt and develop new money strategies.

Call 1800 722 363 for an appointment — we can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Homelessness services

Contact us if you are about to experience homelessness (or are already).

A member of our First Response Team will have a compassionate conversation with you, and then see what accommodation is suitable and available.

We have partnered with Everyday Justice, a national community legal service, to offer a free monthly legal clinic.
