If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. 
 
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.
 
We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

We support for people affected by alcohol, drugs and gambling. Services include residential treatment, community-based programs, and withdrawal management.

Everyone has the opportunity to recover and lead a fulfilling life.

Family and domestic violence

Family and domestic violence is abuse in an intimate relationship that causes fear or harm.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, call the Domestic Violence Line for free, confidential support, available 24/7.

Financial support

A team member (from Doorways) will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection Monday - Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances.

We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies and point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Seeking help for homelessness

Homelessness support and services

We support people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

If you need urgent overnight accommodation, call Link2home: who provide information, assessments, and referrals to specialist services across New South Wales.

Available 9am–10pm daily. After hours, they provide emergency referrals.
