If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. Depending on your situation, we may be able to provide you with a voucher, access to our food pantry, case work referral and financial counselling support.

We can also help with referrals to other support services.

Financial support

Call a Doorways team member, who can advise you if you are eligible for a voucher and direct you to visit us for collection on:

Monday - during our food pantry, 10am-12pm or 1pm-2pm.

Wednesday- during our community lunch, 11am-2pm.

Financial Support Line open: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

Financial counselling

Moneycare is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies and point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Christmas support

Available in December.

This time of joy and celebration can be stressful and isolating if finances are tight. We may be able to support you with toys and gifts for your loved ones.
