If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. We value people and want to see you get back on your feet.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.
Emergency relief
For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available, and where you can get assistance.
You can collect emergency assistance assigned to you via Doorways at The Salvation Army Maroochydore at the following times:
Mondays, from 10am–1pm
Wednesdays, from 1–3pm
Financial counselling
The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances.
We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
