Everyone struggles at some point or another. We know that finances can be a huge point of stress. There is no shame in reaching out and asking for help.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

A team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
If you are eligible for support, you may be directed to visit our Connect Site to collect a voucher. You can come by on a Wednesday between 10am and 12pm (noon).

Christmas assistance
Available from the first week of November.
If you are finding your finances are tight at Christmas, we may be able to help. Every year, we support people in the community with food and gift hampers.
