The Bridge program is a professional, accessible, assessment and treatment and ongoing support service to individuals requiring assistance because of their use of addictive substances. (and associated issues). To reduce the associated harms to the individual, significant others and the broader community, that is: service provision is based on a harm minimisation philosophy.
