If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. 

Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for: 

  • Food 
  • Fuel 
  • Electricity  

We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

A team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.  

This may include posting a voucher to you for food or referring you to another service for case work support.

Financial counselling

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your finances or are facing a financial crisis — you’re not alone.  

Moneycare is free and here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies, and help increase your confidence with managing your money. 

 We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.
