A big part of our mission statement is practical assistance - many of the services below are provided to help you and your family in any way we can. Whether it be afforable clothing, furniture, and household goods, welfare assistance or hospitality training for young people - we are here to help.

If you need Welfare Assistance (known as "ER" - Emergency Relief) you firstly have to call the PAL (Phone Assistance Line) on 02 8775 7988. They will then direct you to come and see us on our open days & we can issue the card.
