If you find yourself struggling financial or emotionally and would like some support: there are 5 Churches in Ararat that have a rotational Emergency Relief system.

Each Church holds Relief for one week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 1–2pm when rostered on.

Please check the roster (usually located on the doors or outside notice board) to see where Emergency Relief is that week.

For clothing or homeless needs, go to our Thrift Shop in Stawell: 31-35 Wimmera Street, Stawell. The staff will help you with what we have.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–4.30pm and Saturday, 9am–1pm

For food or financial support, please go the The Cottage, located at 20 Sloane Street, Stawell.
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10am–12:30 pm.
