We believe in good for you

If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you.

Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for:

  • Food
  • Fuel
  • Electricity 

We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

For all-year financial support

A team member (from Doorways) will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
 
If you’re eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on Monday between 9.30am–11am.

Financial counselling

Moneycare is free and here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Seeking help for homelessness

Homelessness service

Thursday, 9.30am–2.30pm 

If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, we can help you achieve long-term and sustainable housing, employment, education and health and wellbeing outcomes. Please come in for assessment, referral, and case-managed support.

We have fresh fruit, vegetables and bread available. Please come along if you need support with everyday basics.

An opportunity to connect, we serve free cooked lunches three times a week. Come for a warm meal and good company.

Medical support

Monday, 9.30am–12pm

One Bridge’s dedicated nurses and nurse practitioners visit weekly to offer comprehensive health assessments, addressing acute and chronic conditions, mental health support, and preventive care.

Chaplaincy service

Tuesday, 9.30am–2.30pm 

Our chaplains are here to bring hope to challenging situations with practical, emotional and spiritual support. Feel free to pop in, even if you just need a listening ear.

For people in need of a hot shower or somewhere to clean and wash their clothing, our facilities are open to you. Please drop by or call to book in advance.
