Kids and family ministry

We believe in the importance of teaching children about Jesus, helping them develop strong friendships with their peers, and providing them with positive role models.

On Sundays, after some time in the worship meeting with parents and guardians, children are invited to attend our Kids Church program.

The Salvation Army is a child safe organisation

We are committed to the safety and  wellbeing of children of all ages. Our employees and volunteers have been trained in our child safe policies and hold current Working with Children Checks. We believe all children and young people should feel safe when attending our programs and we have processes for handling concerns and complaints.

When you first attend one of our programs, we will ask a parent or guardian to complete a permission and consent form.
