Pathways Penrith provides a structured day program within a community
(non-residential) setting. We provide assessment, referral and support for people who experience Alcohol, Other Drugs and Gambling issues.

Our qualified case workers assist people in developing their own recovery plan and provide support through:

Service Delivery

• Over the phone assessments for Pathways Programs
Referrals are still being accepted

• Online Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) Groups
Mondays and Fridays at 11:00am – 12:00pm Via Zoom

• One to One Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) sessions

• Flexible delivery over the phone sessions

• Work Development Orders Provision case by case basis

• Referrals to other required Freedom Centre services including
Moneycare, Doorways, Mature Age Worker Program and SalvosConnect

• Residential Services- currently not accepting any new referrals,
Pathways are willing to work interim with clients until these blocks are lifted
