Having trouble putting food on the table or paying your bills? 
Call us Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm.

We believe in good for you and want to see you get back on your feet.

If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.
 
We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

All-year support

A team member (from crisis relief) will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.

When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Monday between 10am–1pm and Wednesday 1.30–3pm.

Financial counselling

Our Moneycare team is here to help you feel in control of your finances.

We can work with you to manage your debt and develop new strategies for your financial future.

We can also point you in the right direction for a no interest loan. Call 1800 722 363 for an appointment.

Christmas support

Christmas is a special time of year, but it can also be stressful. We have a variety of ways we can help you if you need support at this time.
