Be Part of Community Fundraising
As you connect with your family and friends this Christmas, please remember ours.

There are too many Australians suffering as a result of their circumstance, trapped in situations that leave them unable to access the freedoms that most of us enjoy.

Connect with The Salvation Army this Christmas to help people in areas that need it the most: 

• Homelessness
• Disadvantaged Youth
• Domestic violence assistance for women and children
• Rescue and rehabilitation of trafficked women
• Suicide prevention
• Addiction and recovery services 

Here are a few ideas:

• Instead of gifts for your birthday, wedding or anniversary ask your friends and family to give a gift that makes a lasting difference for others
• Host a dinner party or organise a house warming at your new place
• Participate in a sporting event—run, cycle, paddle or climb for the work of the Salvos
• Run an event to support the Salvos like a concert, film festival, garage sale, car wash or cake stall
