If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity.
We can also help with referrals to other support services such as addiction rehabilitation centres.

For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Friday between 9.30am and 2pm.

Tuesday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We may be able to help you out with an emergency food hamper, EAPA, and living expenses. We also offer shower facilities, provide advice and run support groups for those who need a helping hand. Everyone in need is welcome to visit us.
Come along if you need support with everyday basics.

By referral only.
The Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) helps people build a more positive outlook on life, which often flows into healthier relationships — at home, in their networks and across the wider community.
Referrals usually come through magistrates, legal staff, prison chaplains, or welfare practitioners, but self-referral is also welcome. The program takes around 8 weeks to complete.
