Our men’s group meets four times a year for fun and connection. Activities include bowling, golf and watching sports, with shared meals.

Bring along your current arts project or start something new in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you are into sewing, knitting, scrapbooking, drawing or painting, you are welcome to join!

At Carindale Salvos, we value fun and community. We can connect you to likeminded people who meet socially for hobbies like sports as well as for Bible studies and devotions.

Senior members of our community are invited to join us in the upstairs hall for some friendly competition and conversation.

Cost: Free
Our seniors’ book club meets monthly, rotating between members’ homes. We read, discuss and explore themes of different Christian books. No costs besides purchasing books as required.

Our brass ministry dates to our early beginnings. The band supports our Sunday worship and contributes to five events throughout the year. In the lead up to these events, the band meets for intensive rehearsals to practice together, build relationships and share in worship together. New members are always welcome. This is a group of musicians who contribute to Sunday worship and various events throughout the year. Rhythm instrumentalists, such as guitarists, pianists and drummers, and vocalists are welcome to join. Check out CMT on YouTube.

Tuesday, 7.30pm
Explore the Bible and discuss it with others, building meaningful friendships and deepening your faith. We have a variety of small groups that meet each week, fortnight or month around Brisbane Southside.

Everyone is welcome in our community. Some people choose to make a more formal level of commitment as an officer, soldier or adherent of The Salvation Army. We run information classes throughout the year for you to explore how to extend your faith journey.
