If you are experiencing financial hardship or are facing a crisis, contact us to find out how we can support you. We believe in good for you and want to see you get back on your feet.
Depending on your situation, and what we have available, we may be able to provide you with vouchers for food, fuel or electricity. We can also help with referrals to other support services such as employment services, legal services, mentoring and addiction rehabilitation centres.

For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and you'll be able to collect that from the Box Hill Doorways emergency food relief location.

We provide free food parcels containing fresh and packaged items to those experiencing food insecurity or facing an emergency. Come along if you need support with everyday basics.
