Covenant: Promises we can't keep
Do you ever feel as if you have nothing to offer? That you feel bare and dry? Such pain can leave us feeling empty, but maybe that's not the worst place to be. What we learn in Genesis 17 is that God is known to speak to and use barren vessels; this feeling of emptiness gives God the opportunity to fill us with his presence and power.
