Emergency relief
For all-year financial support, call us and a team member will have a compassionate conversation with you to understand your needs and let you know what help is available.
When you phone us, you may be told you're eligible for a voucher and directed to visit us for collection on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, 9.30am–12pm.
Free laundry and shower facilities

For those in need of a shower or place to wash and dry clothes, come by and take advantage of our shower and laundry facilities.
Financial counselling
The Salvation Army’s free financial counselling service, Moneycare, is here to help you feel in control of your finances. We can work with you to manage your debt, develop new strategies or you may like to explore our free eBook. We can also point you in the right direction for a No Interest Loan.

Salvos Community Connect is a place of connection where everyone is loved, valued and cared for.
Whether you need something to eat and a drink, in need of emergency financial assistance or just want to talk to someone, our friendly team would love to sit and have a cuppa and a chat.
Christmas support
Available from the first week of November
If the joy of the festive season feels out of reach, contact us. We may be able to support you with a food or toy hamper.
