Our Corps Leaders

Adrian and Natalie Kistan

Adrian and Natalie Kistan are Corps Leaders of Auburn Salvation Army. They are Salvationists that have been involved in leading ministry across the Salvos in various settings, for many years. A large portion of their ministry has been involved in cross cultural settings with a focus on leadership development and serving the needs of the community.

They, along with their 3 boys, unashamedly love Jesus, unconditionally love of all people and are passionate about unlocking the God given potential in everyone. As a family they love to travel, enjoy good food and embrace the people of the nations.

In response to what Jesus has done for them, Adrian and Natalie are a called to “go and make disciples of all nations” Matthew 28:19

Commissioner Julie Campbell

Julie is the Corps Officer and one of the leaders of the church and community centre at Auburn. She is also the Area Officer for the Western areas of Sydney.

She was born in Roma Queensland and has lived in many different towns and cities. Julie left school to be a Dental Nurse/Receptionist before answering the call of God to be a Salvation Arny Officer.

Julie and her husband Mark have been officers for 39 years and have had various leadership roles. They recently spent 5 years as leaders of The Salvation Army in New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa.

She loves going to the beach, reading, having coffee with friends and spending time with her family including 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Julie has experienced the wonder of the love and faithfulness of Jesus in her own life and is committed to sharing the love of Jesus both through preaching and practical service.

She finds joy and fulfilment in seeing the lives of people transformed with this amazing love.
