24-hour care from qualified and caring professionals
Each staff member has undergone reference and security checks to ensure they are fully qualified, experienced and passionate about working in the aged care sector. Emotional intelligence is also a key factor in recruiting our people.

A range of homely room options
Our centres have a variety of room options to suit different levels of mobility, comfort, budgets, with features such as private en-suites, electronically adjustable beds, space for personal furniture, built-in wardrobes and provisions for telephones and TV.

Dedicated Lifestyle team who organises daily social activities
We take fun quite seriously! Each of our Centres has a dedicated Lifestyle team who organises daily activities based on the suggestions of residents, including daily outings, celebrations, trivia, cultural dancing, singing, walks, traditional games, Chapel services and much more.

Delicious and nutritious meals
Meals are cooked daily by a qualified chef in consultation with the dietitian.

We understand that food is not only about getting the right nutrition and meeting all the dietary requirements. We go through a lot of effort to ensure that our food:

  • caters for taste preferences
  • respects lifestyle choices
  • meets cultural requirements
  • looks good
  • and is enjoyed in a nice environment.

Residents actively contribute towards the 5-week rotational menu planning for each season. Sample tasting and feedback sessions are a fun and much anticipated activity at our centres.

Dementia care services
Our approach to dementia care is led by each resident’s interests, feelings and emotions. We respect the rich lives they have led by tailoring our care based on their personal history and story.
