Youthlink Skills 4 Life Psychology services provides client-centred and evidence-based strategies to assist young people (aged 8-25) with a disability to overcome difficulties in the areas of psychology and mental health (eg bullying, family issues, self-harm, trauma, grief and loss, behavioural support). Psychology services may also help clients improve their abilities in positive thinking, healthy life choices, emotional regulation, social skills, online safety, managing relationships and many other areas.

Individual Therapy Services (Psychology)

  • School and home visits may be arranged depending on the client’s needs and staff availability.
