Skills 4 Life Outdoor Recreation Therapy programs provide opportunities for young people (aged 8-25) with a disability to participate in outdoor adventure activities in nature. Developed and facilitated by our clinicians, in association with Youthlink Adventure Recreation and Training Services (YARS) Team, the Outdoor Recreation Therapy programs aim to use outdoor activities as a means of providing holistic (social, psychological, sensory, motor skills, life skills) therapeutic benefits to our clients.

Skills 4 Life Outdoor Recreation Therapy programs will be adapted and modified to the different types and levels of physical and cognitive ability of our client group.

If your child is interested in participating in the Skills 4 Life Outdoor Recreation Therapy program, please contact Youthlink Skills 4 Life Team to discuss schedule and registration options.
