Case Management provides intensive case management support to disadvantaged young people between 16 – 25 years old.

Case Management provides information, support, advocacy and referrals to young people. The role of case management is to help stabilise the lives of the young people we support and explore and implement their goals in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Case Management supports young people who may be experiencing mental health, alcohol and drug concerns, homelessness or those who are at risk of becoming homeless.

We provide counselling services with qualified professionals to assist in areas such as:

  • Mood disorder (depression)
  • Anxiety, panic attacks and stress
  • Addictions (alcohol, drugs and other)
  • Sleep disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • Trauma and grief
  • Anger management
