Foodmarket Surry Hills

Streetlevel's Foodmarket is a small supermarket onsite here at Streetlevel. The Foodmarket provides low cost food to the inner city community. 

If you live in the Surry Hills/Darlinghurst area and are on a low income (Centrelink), you can access the Foodmarket by applying, (application form available from reception) and paying for a voucher.

  • The supermarket is open on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, 9:30-12 & 1-2:30.

To apply to be part of this program you will need to:

  • be assessed by one of our staff during centre hours & submit an application form
  • Or, people who are under the financial direction of the NSW Public Trustee can apply to have an account with the Foodmarket for their weekly shopping.  

Foodmarket Waterloo

Streetlevel Waterloo also has a small pop up supermarket onsite. The Foodmarket provides low cost groceries to people living in the Waterloo/Redfern area. 

Please note: registration forms need to be completed to access this service. You can find them available at the Waterloo centre.

  • Waterloo's Foodmarket is open on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11am.
