Mark is an integral part of Shire Salvos, having served in a number of ministry roles before his role as Shire Salvos Mission Leader.
Mark is passionate about seeing God's love shown in action to transform lives within the Sutherland Shire and loves to connect and partner and work together with other local churches and organisations to serve the community together. Mark and his wife Lauren have three great kids, together they value community and family.

Kym Briggs is Mission Leader at Shire Salvos Menai. Kym’s role alongside Joel is to oversight the key ministries and operations of our church at Menai. She loves life and loves working with people.
She is passionate about being relevant to every generation and people finding love, life and freedom through Jesus. Kym is responsible for care and connection, our Sunday Service team, our women and creating community and culture.
She loves to create community, loves our church family and creating life-long memories with family and friends, and strives to live an authentic filled life.

Joel Campbell is Mission Leader (and Young Adults Coordinator) at Shire Salvos Menai.
Joel’s role alongside Kym is to oversight the key ministries and operations of our church. Joel is responsible for providing opportunities for people to grow in their understanding and relationship with God through our discipleship pathway, which includes our connect groups, life groups and discipleship groups. A key focus for Joel is on our Youth and Young Adults ministry.
He also manages the Red Shield Appeal across the Shire, providing connection to our community and raising funding required to provide assistance in our community.
Joel is passionate about people discovering Jesus across the Shire.

Rebecca 'Bec' Cundasamy
Bec is our Children and Families Coordinator. Bec is responsible for the care and connection for all our children and their families at Shire Salvos Menai. Bec oversees children’s events, our children’s programs which include Sunday programs, midweek Playgroup and Music and Play and all that goes with that huge responsibility.
Bec loves being around people and connecting people! She is passionate about helping children come to faith and supporting parents in their roles as the primary faith mentors.

Jacob is our Youth Pastor at Shire Salvos Menai and overseas all programs for high school aged kids.
Jacob joined the team in 2021 and has had experience working at the salvation Army’s Easter kids camps and coaching sporting teams. He is passionate about seeing youth finding their place in this world and reaching their full potential through a relationship with Jesus.
